lately.

i am awful at keeping this blog updated. i started this blog because i have the hardest time writing in my journal. i thought that this would be a great medium to express my daily thoughts.

so with this in mind and my recent new years resolution to jot down memories, here is a little summary of my recent life events...

(in no significant order because posting pictures on this thing is difficult for me...)

for christmas my parents helped me with the funds to sponsor Blanca- an orphan that touched my heart in Guatemala. my friend shelby was able to return to the orphanage over christmas break and she brought back a necklace that blanca had asked her to give to me. i love this little girl so much and this necklace meant the world to me..

my amazing friend and old roommate jenn (middle) got a mission call to paris, france! she leaves next month and man i will miss her like crazy!

my "cousin" doug entered the mtc a few weeks ago! he is going to san fernando, ca!

canyons... the only advantage to the cold weather!

over christmas break i had a little reunion with my friends from good ole lcchs. i love these girls so much and it was so good to catch up and see all the great things everyone is doing.

my friends surprised me on my bday with a girls night at meagans cabin in park city.

since i turned the big 21 we celebrated with some drinks..martinellis of course.
