sat night my grandma lorene passed away. i do not have words to express the heart break that this news has brought but within my heart i know that my grandma is reunited with all of her loved ones that have passed and she is watching over those she left behind.

gma (her nickname) was the BEST grandma. not only was she classy and poised but she was one of the most fun-loving, happy people i know.

gma would never EVER miss out on any fun activity that any family member was doing. she would be a part of our cso's (cousin-sleep-overs) she would stay up till 2 am playing board games with the grandkids. she would dance harder than any of the cousins at our dance parties. gma would lay out and read gossip magazines with the girls and go to the races with the boys.

she is one of my ultimate examples. i cannot thank her enough for the lessons she has taught me and the amazing example she has been. there are not enough positive words to define her.

i love her more than i can ever express and i have her to thank for my amazing mother and the amazing family that i am so lucky to be a part of. although this is an unfavorable circumstance it has proven to me how wonderful my family is, my cousins, aunts, uncles, parents, etc. the love between us has been so evident during this experience and i feel so grateful now more than ever for them.
