Remember when...

Just went through some great Jerusalem memories, thanks to my stalking of my good friend Natalie's blog. I looked through a few of my own pictures and remembered some sweet, some hilarious, and some irreplaceable moments I wanted to share. Forgive me there are ALOT. This is mainly for me to look back on and remember the small moments...

Remember when we couldn't move on fast Sundays because the oasis didn't open till late....

Remember when we sat at the temple mount for hours...

Remember when my first week i spotted this next door to the JC...

Remember when Devin dressed up as Brett Michaels for Halloween...

Remember when we bought a $40 face mask after that beautiful Arab woman talked us into it, and the boys waited outside...

Remember when our friends made a band called Denim the Menace and played in West Jeru, and put some of their own money in a hat to look legit, but ended up with less $ than they started....

Remember when I tried to cut Matty's hair, it ended up like this and then we had to buzz it...

Remember when Nat tried to take a picture with her birthday cake and it slide onto the table...

 Remember when I convinced my FHE group to go to Topshop for our activity...

Remember when I tried to join a childrens soccer game and they ended up attacking me and grabbing my bum and pulling out my hair like a mob...

 Remember when Izak and I joined an elderly dance class in West J, and the old people loved us...

Remember when we tried to take a cute picture and Cort and I ended up looking like this... yikes...

Remember when I ditched class and went out into the old city...

Remember when I went to my Jewish professors home and helped build his Sukkot (Jewish holiday)... then I got a palm frond needle stuck in my hand and the poison made it swell and I had to have a mini surgery...

Remember when we spontaneously went splunking (cave exploring)...

Remember when while walking home we ran into a road fire...

Remember when we tried to take jumping pictures on a ledge and...

Remember when we stayed up all night to write our Bashir Bashir papers and tried to take a tour of the Parliament building but got lost then were so tired we laid down on a round-about...

Remember when I found a dead crab in Galilee and put it in Suzy's hood...

Remember when Devin fell asleep at Capernaum and this happened....

Remember when we went nuts trying to entertain ourselves and had an acrobat night...

Remember when we went to Pergamon in Turkey and got caught in a wild storm and everyone's clothes turned see-thru and we all got rocks in our eyes...

Remember when we all made donuts at the shop we all single handedly funded....

Remember when we got to witness this in the Hurva Synagogue...

Remember when we were walking down this road in the Kidron Valley and those kids threw glass bottles at us...

Remember in Galilee when we went to the hot springs and it POURED...

Remember when Nat and Catie and I went to St. James Cathedral in the Armenian quarter and were 3 of 9 people apart of the amazing service...

Remember when Nick and Tay B and I stalked down an archeologist and got invited to a site dig here at Zedekiah's cave, then were too late... and our dreams were crushed...

Remember when we went to karaoke in Turkey and learned how to dance from these kids...
